Using comms is cheating. A definition of cheating is to have an unfair advantage over other players, unless communications doesn't give any form of advantage then I'm afraid it is cheating1 -

SWFs have an advantage, SWFs with communications break the game. How can you balance a game that doesn't have comms where some people use comms? You apply comms to the game, simples1
