You go to their profile and select block profile from the options menu. It's really not that hard to understand.1 -

Blocking their profile doesn't just prevent them from contacting you, it seeds them out of online interactions as a whole. That includes in-game interaction.1 -

That would be why you go to their profile and block it. Blocking their profile prevents them from being matched with you in game. Maybe try reading up on your systems interfaces.1 -

That would result in doing exactly the same as what DCing allowed: letting Survivors take the game hostage by forcing Killers to play only what the Survivors are willing to play against. Nothing abou…1 -
