It does not stack, it works as you describe where getting hit early will consume the endurance effect even if given by multiple perks at once.5 -

There was no rationale for why they changed this. Same thing with why did they change the button mashing wiggle to skill check to also include bonus shorter time(up to one second) off of wiggling.1 -

It would make chases far too painful. While I do think survivors should eventually go down, killers naturally gaining a huge speedboost that basically doesn't go away on pallet smash just 15 sec…16
