They are both pretty bad honestly. Only really use them when I am force to by lack of options due to grind, or fun builds. I think Brutal is more useful for the Killers I like though.1 -

Sorry, Nurse HAS to feel awful to learn because 5k Nurse mains are too good. Make Plaid Flannel base and replace it with another meme addon that removes the marker.5
