My main problem with the rift is that the only thing that endangers me getting to tier 70 is all of the time wasted waiting to join lobbies.2 -

Luck sucks and is extremely underdeveloped as an idea in this game and should be reworked. You’re better off equiping deliverance rather than bothering with any other luck based perk or add on.2
