Nothing. You can keep them or use them anytime, as far as i know. I still have ones left over from the 3rd Anniversary event.1 -

The majority of the time, i find it costs the team a loss and gives the killer an advantage. People don't see it as a farm unhook 'cos BT' but it literally is.6 -
