Twins is pretty strong but not Sadako or Freddy of course. Kill rates though is hard to go on they could simply just tell you what killers the most skillful players play the most.2 -

Freddy is C-tier and Wesker B+ or even A- so Wesker is stronger. These kill rates will go down on Freddy when survivors are more used to new Freddy. He's pretty weak.2 -

Their site still have 32 meters TR for Pig and GF but should be 24 now? Seems they take a long time to change things1
