It's my understanding that rift cosmetics will be available in the shop after x amount of time, so I don't think those are intended to be exclusive. I can't speak to the rest, though.3 -

I agree, I think if this were implemented a lot more players would be willing to try out killer, but as it is there's no way to practice nurse without getting trashed on by survivors.6 -
