Its not a bug, the hatch only spawns when there is 1 survivor left now. "Where did they go" achievement also got changed in the process. I suggest you to keep up with patch notes...4 -

Well if the killer is not Nurse / Spirit, then survivors gen rush and he gets 0 to 1 kill on average, thats really frustrating and encourages said killer to stop playing the game or just spam Nurse /…7
