That would be an omega nerf and would essentially delete the perk from the game. There would be 0 point in running it.7 -

Yeaaaaaaa I couldn't walk to the bathroom, let alone my friend's couch from the floor on my own. I couldn't find my water bottle and I woke up to some sweet regret😂.2 -
