It doesn't work if killers or survivors end up becoming unstoppable, buffing killers too much would harm the game massively. Imagine trying to play solo if this was to happen1 -

Well considering spies is the only one that will work against lucky break, which in itself can be negated by calm spirit, a lot of people are just gonna feel like there's no point in taking them…3 -

When the there's only 2 survivors left and the killer decides to slug one to stop the hatch opening. If the killer is going for an adept then it makes sense but otherwise I really do not get why…3
