Don't get caught. If you do get caught, don't die on the hook immediately. Make him wait the full 2 minutes. If you don't get caught, do gens.16 -

For unhooking, you need to hold the crouch button through the whole animation, and the person being unhooked needs to be holding the crouch button before the animation is complete.1
