Simple. They don't want an entire tome to be completed in a few matches. If you were able to progress all of the challenges in a tier at once, you could have completed the survivor challenges in…1 -

This. I had a game at rank 8 solo where the killer was rank 2 and the other 3 survivors were 15, 15, and 19. The killer was convinced that I was swf with the rest of them, but I wasn't.1 -
