While I dont like removing perks I do want DH adjusted. Seriously I dont think there is any other perk, from either side, that is as impactful as dead hard.3 -

I remember when there was no hud indication that someone was using no mither. You can give solo all the tools in the world. Won't change anything if they won't use them.1
