actually; if they're mending or running it doesn't go down. it will go down regardless where they are if they are not running but walking/standing.3 -

Re: Legacy - why not?
I personally have 6 legacy items. My problem with it not being free is the following: it was 4 months grinding vs people with 1-6k hours in this game. We didn’t even know what legacy was at that time…1
