Noed's purpose is to help counter gen rushing and apply strong pressure in the end game. There is nothing else like it and why its a fav perk. Your suggestion takes away the purpose of the perk …1 -

I would say Kindred (without the killer aura showing) would be a good one as base kit for survivors.15
