Blood Echo is a very good perk on Plague, provided the Survivors don't cleanse. If they do, you won't need the perk, but if they don't it's also useful. You're at the rank wh…6 -

It's because the game costs more on console then on PC, so they included a few extra DLC's to consolidate for that.3
