If I didn't lose any pips I would be more fine when losing a game. Specially when being camped or tunneled. Make it so you only lose pips if you DC or have a crash.2 -

Mapwide if EVERY survivor equips the perk. CoH is a 5th perk to eveyone not using it.1 -

No, it wouldn't. It would still be faster than self-care and available to everyone on the team.1
