It has changed since they introduced the Oblivious status effect I guess. The only way the survivor can’t see you during a chase is if they’re awake or if you use blindness add-ons with Freddy.1 -

You can post every minute if you want, it’s not gonna solve the bug. They probably know and are unable to fix it due to spaghetti code in the engine.7
