Agreed I used to use that perk all the time when it first released, then everyone else jumped on board used it with overcharge and got it nerfed into oblivion.1 -

Being completely outranked, I’m average at this game but some of the teams I go against, I just don’t stand a chance no matter how hard I try I’m just out classed.9 -
