You haven't heard? It's the new Adrenaline buff, not only do you have to witness 4 adrenalines in your match at the worst time possible, the ghosts also haunt you after the match!1 -

You kiddin'? KIllers will always find a way to slug for the 10k no matter what, and adding more hatches just allows survivors to use their medkits to open it early. Terrible idea.6
