An easy solution would be keeping the 32k bp cap but removing the 8k bp cap on categories.5 -

The requirement is being downed and fully recovering. It isn’t high effort but it does have a requirement.4 -

You should still have good pressure on them and one less unbreakable, seems like a good scenario still.3
