This might be an unpopular opinion, but i'd rather have longer que times then unbalanced matchmaking. That way, I can at least do other stuff while i'm waiting for a lobby.5 -

Personally, I hope it's something that can benefit both the player and the teammate (but mostly the player themself) like a temporary haste when you get a unhook or prot hit.1
