Nope i tried that on autohaven maps, it didn't work. The only thing that made me unstuck was getting hit in the face and doing a backwards flip2 -

I noticed while running iron will i dont make infected noises at all, just the retching sound. Tested with a friend in a swf game he said i was completely silent.2 -
