I disagree that way lets say u equip streetwise and something else that way u get a double benefit and ur medkits lasts longer and costs half a perk slot you will be double rewarded as for my thought…2 -

your thinking about a very old version of well make it back in the day is used to stack if u got 3 heals in a row u would get 300% but they removed that because people were stacking it with self care…1 -
