I don't think so. He is slow and when he throws his knife he is even slower. Maybe in some maps, it's harder to counter his knife, but as he stands I think he's very counterable.35 -

I agree. Both this perk and repressed alliance deserve a cooldown reduction. They're playing way too safe with these numbers, you can barely use these perks on the trials.6
