If the Killer hits you immediately after unhook then OTR Endurance will not even work. I can count on one hand how many times I've gotten value out of OTR.1 -

Yes I agree, the devs care for all players and wish for a healthy and balanced game. It's incredibly hard to make with this abundance of RNG, maps, perks, powers, items etc.2 -
