Glad you asked: remove the “hockey” element from DBD. Reward the killer for hooks by increasing their BP and Rank. Add more perks like Make Your Choice and Friends Til the End.1 -

DBD Matchmaking priority: Faster que times > fairer/quality matches. And then there's my favorite: "hockey" > skill.2 -
