It is not full selfcare speed yet - it is selfcare speed PLUS 50% bonus speed, so around 21,3 seconds , still much better than Selfcare2 -

CoH is not nerfed into the ground, it got nerfed by about 5seconds throughout those two nerfs, this perk is still quite strong. They need to changed fundaments of the perk instead of values.4 -

Slightly worse version but if someone wants to play killer more there you go EDIT: I did my math wrong and it is actually 585 000 (still worse than OG poster 675 000)6
