I think reaching 9 levels to unlock the perks T3, bloody cosmetic, and the charms is ridiculous. 450 levels on each character….when we are already at 60 something characters and growing. I don’t see …1 -

I am still hopeful! Yes, this process has been annoying but I think in time we will receive the charm. Just need to wait for Mandy to update us!1
