No. Wraith is fine just the way he is. Pay attention and you'll EASILY stomp him. He doesn't need nerfs or any downsides to his powers.1 -

Nope. Wraith is the perfect balance of a killer that doesn't need add-on. His add-on also change his style of play WITHOUT stupid hindrances which makes the add-on USELESS.2
