This is why perk tiers need to be removed. A Killer or Survivor shouldn't be garbage until they're level 25 at the least.1 -

Yeah, the biggest annoyance is that a Spirit can have 300 ping and hit you after you vault and lithe and you cant counter it because she passive phases in and out while lagging hard.1 -
