Man... its possible to dodge/use dead hard with good reaction (unless kilelr has bad ping). In reality his power is so bad, that its often better to fake it, than using it... even PiramidHead has bet…5 -

I see no reason why would you nerf this. It counters 3 perks in the game, all of which are extremally strong. Nerfing any counter to them would only make dead hard, lithe and bl just more powerful...…4 -
