I honestly don't think many perks should be in the basekit. It kinda ruins the 4 perkset challenge of surviving. But, I love Borrowed Time being basekit. Tunnelers are so plentiful.1 -

Honestly, I have objectives to stun/blind killer, and literally keep it on the team. I am lucky to get one stun every couple matches. :/ Nerf was unnecessary.1 -

Absolutely it does. It counts towards objectives like "Do good skill check 10 times" or whatever.1
