Yes it does. Killers don't have much to counteract all that Survivors are able to do. It's fun to see Survivors reaction when they don't get to lose how they want to lose.11 -

Sounds fair to me. It's nice to have a way for a Killer to completely prevent a Survivor from making a save.6 -

Watch the breakable walls end up "inadvertently" causing even better loops for the Survivors.2
