Engineer's Fang should be base kit, not nerfed. Chain Hunt is the only thing that makes Pinhead decent, otherwise his Possessed Chain is straight up worse than Clown's intoxication bottle.3 -

Honestly? Tinkerer + Ruin + Undying/Pop with the 4th perk being more open to whatever you like. It’s pretty much the same optimal build for every killer.1 -
