Sprint Burst is nowhere near as good compared to Dead Hard when you go against S tier killers such as Nurse, Spirit, Blight and Hag. With SBMM, these are the only killers you’ll see at the top level.3 -

It's a sad state of affairs, until something gets done about it the only 3 killers that can reliably win games without any gen slowdown perks are Nurse, Spirit and Hag.1 -
