The current problem with OoO is since it's viewed as toxic to use it now people who use it are tunneled and the devs are using it as an excuse to not change the perk. The perk is in a weird limb…1 -

Is this a killer or survivor perk? Can I apply this to the other Claudette not doing gens? And does it come with the added effect of making them broken if they try to self care against sloppy?1
