I honestly agree with this idea. Legendary skins should have a P3 bloody version IF the character which has the legendary is at P3 for the player.2 -

So i was just on Coldwind farm rotten fields and we had 2 totems spawn like this, and they are impossible to cleanse Lucky for us it was not hex totems, but this is clearly game breaking if that spaw…1
