You can use whatever perks you like, you don't need justification to use them. Most very good killer perks are also second chance perks, and nearly no one complains. Don't let it get to you.2 -

How often do you really face OoO? I agree that OoO has to be reworked, and is way too OP for SWFs, but come on. OoOs are so rare that you really don't have anything to worry about. Go play Myers…2 -
