Pirate killer that can summon Ghost/Skeleton Pirates to aid him like Nemesis. Able to create whirlpools of water to trap a survivor and use his sword to cut the air to send a cutting wind projectile.1 -

Did that multiple times already, some reason restarting my PC fixed it but not reinstalling the game nor validating files.1
