It's handy on killers like Billy, Blight, Wesker, who need to make really tight turns quickly so they dont have to drag their mouse across the room.2 -

Wesker has valuable chase protentional along with using the bounds for mobility. The Infection isn't supposed to do much, it's merely a way to incorporate game slowdown built into his kit. …1 -
