It's most likely a bug. I've had it happen to me and I've seen others get this bug as well. It goes away once you do something like vaulting, dropping a pallet, and many other things.2 -

I always thought of something simple like, each token you get a 5% speed boost to all altruistic actions. Giving you 20% at max. But thank God there going to look and fix protection hits soon.1 -
