Survivor queue times are shorter during the day because people are at work/school/busy, so people who are free are probably not able to play with friends, so they either solo queue or play killer. So…1 -

It prevents a chase from starting, which denies the afk killer from getting bloodpoints. Which is probably intentional. Just finish the match, report them and move on to the next match.1 -
