The PTB toolbox changes are a straight up buff. And aside from the toolbox buffs, the game goes by too fast even without tool boxes.2 -

Zashin Tactics is terrible. DS wasnt nerfed, it was reworked and is actually better. Toolboxes arent nerfed in the PTB, they have been made more useful.1 -
