I think that it is ultimately up to the killer to punish bad unhooks, but not by targeting the one being unhooked. Instead, go after the one who unhook and PUNISH THEM for their mistake.1 -

I've already reported the game crashing on my Xbox. Go through bHVR support and have them monitor the situation as well. The more players they see this happen to, the easier it'll be to fix.6 -
