I understand that for killers such as Legion or Spirit that you can use shards to buy, but shouldn't there be splinters for licensed killers since you can't purchase them with shards.3 -

Base nurse is fine, yes she is strong but she is balanced. The addons is where the issues arise. Once they change those she will be in a good spot.1
