I don’t think his add on’s really mattered that much. A tinkerer, ruin, undying/PGTW Freddy that teleports immediately on tinkerer proc still creates long and oppressive feeling games.1 -

Iron will doesn't remove grunts of pain from downed survivors. There is a sound bug that has been in the game for a while now that will sometimes cause downed survivors to not make noise.1
