Yeah I agree actually, making it not stack with other perks and then give a little more boost to the percentage would probably be the way to go.1 -

Just so I get my facts straight thanatophobia got a 1% increase in addition to removing it from effecting healing at all right? Im not going to actively search for my teammates to heal them instead o…9
