Wouldn't make the perk viable for solo. Would make a nice trolling perk for SWF with Salty Lips & Up the Ante stacks with Slippery Meat. I'm not too fond of this idea.1 -

About the answer : Horvath actually adressed it in the stream and said they would tweak the values of add-ons accordingly.1
